Yeah, look, it is um certainly about workforce, and workforce had a a significant contributor to the decrease in access that we've seen in recent years. So in this last year, and this is through to June 25, we have seen quite a major increase in the workforce, and that's meaning that more people are able to access services. Of particular concern, though, is the rate of vacancies for psychiatrists. So that's still an issue issue that needs to be addressed, and that's really important for those specialist services. But across the whole spectrum, so primary and community, um, certainly seeing some big increases in the workforce.
