Well, I think everyone knows what Courtney Place needs rejuvenation. It's looking depressing at the moment, and it's in need of some urgent love. Um, I think pretty much councillors are on the same page. You need to improve the felt paths, you need to do some lighting improvements, some public transport, and some greenery. I think councillors can define that in a pretty strict envelope. Um, one thing I'll say about how the council has worked in my time there is that when we do a project, we go away, we sort of do a wish list, the officers come back, tell us how much it's going to cost, and then it blows out again. We can actually flip it on its head and say, look, Kevin, we're willing to put 20 million dollars in or 40 million dollars in. Tell us what you can deliver for that amount, and we're not going to put in a cent more. So there's still some considerable amount of money that we can put in in terms of improving Courtney plays, but the 250 million dollars across the whole corridor is obviously just completely out of the capability of Wellingtonians to afford.
