  • So CSIs are what we call competency service increments. They've been enshrined in our collective for nearly a couple of decades. So essentially it's a step-based system where each year uh police are recognized for their recognition, their contribution, and they move up a step in the band. Bearing in mind it takes officers 21 steps to get to the top of that band. Uh so that's what a CSI is. And it's not uncommon in other professions like nurses and teachers, both have a form of CSI or step-based system in their pay structure. Okay, what are you guys yes?
