  • Uh we do we do we yeah, we we've got uh really long-standing relationship with uh the New Zealand Defence Force has probably the best youth development unit in the world. Um they train about six thousand young people a year, so that's one of the partners we'll be doing. Um we do all sorts of uh interaction and intervention. We own our own camps as well. Um so what this would look like, it was more like a mentoring program for us. So a young person is identified by a police youth aider officer or a community engagement police officer, they all make a referral to us, and then we all work with that young person in that community. Um what it could look like heather, just an example. Um I employ heather as a local mentor for so many hours a week. You've you start working with the young person, you get them their boots, their sports fees, because it's not just paying boots to get a kids into sport. These kids are highly disconnected often with their community. So it's it's a very um organized, individualized plan approach for these kids, and we know it works, like I said, we've been doing this for 44 years, and we know that early intervention works.
