I think for the sector it is at the end of last year we came out with a paper from the Aviation Council which showed that training organisations could adapt some of their existing programmes to reduce the time it takes to train pilots and they can get that through the TEC and of course New Zealand do that a little bit when they train their pilots overseas. We'd like to see more of that happen here and if we can change the rules to make that easier for every provider then we will.
